Cancel Items or Orders
You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.
To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:
Note: Your order will be canceled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was already made. Learn more about refund processing timelines here.
If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you’re still contracted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
If your order is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Raavna: Please contact the seller to request cancellation. Learn more about Contacting Third-Party Sellers.
If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it. For more information, please check our Returns FAQs.
