Exchange Offer makes your purchase of a new product more affordable by offering an exchange value for your used product.
The Exchange Offer program on Raavna.store allows you to exchange your used product for a discount on a new product of the same category. For example, you can exchange your used mobile phone to purchase a new mobile phone on Raavna.in at a discounted price. The discount so offered on the purchase of the new product is equivalent to the value of your used product as determined by our buyback partners and is fully funded by our buyback partners.
Exchange Offer is currently available on Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Televisions (TVs), Washing Machines, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners (ACs) that are Fulfilled by Raavna. For any new product that is eligible for this program, on the product detail page, you will see the option to buy “With Exchange“.
To buy with Exchange Offer, you will need to share some basic information about your used product, based on which you will receive an immediate discount on the new product. At the time of delivery of the new product, we will inspect the used product and pick it up, making the process simple and hassle free.
Note: When you opt for ‘Buy Now with Exchange‘ the value of new/used products will be provided in form of Bank Balance which can be used later.
