- The scope of work that you ordered was not completed as committed, or you suffered injuries or your property was damaged as a direct result of the service (we may require documentation from you to substantiate the same).
- The service must have been completed within the Happiness Guarantee Window (refer to the table below for the service wise windows).
- Payment for your service must be made while placing the order from the website.
You can file a Happiness Guarantee claim by visiting Your Orders within the Happiness Guarantee Window for the nature of service availed by you of completion of the service. You will receive an update on your claim within 24 hours of filing a claim.

File a claim under the Happiness Guarantee
You can file a claim under the Happiness Guarantee in the Orders section of Your Account if you ordered services through the Raavna.store website.
To file such claim:
- Go to Your Orders
- Locate your order in the list and click File a Claim .
- Select the specific order for which you want to file a claim.
- Under ‘Select issue details’ pick ‘Problem with this order‘
- Select additional details as applicable from the drop down.
- Contact Customer Service, who will raise the claim on your behalf.
Claims are resolved in a maximum time of one week. In case of re-service to fix the issue, appointments have to be scheduled within one week from the date of resolution.
