Having an identity (ID) proof is a mandatory requirement for customers importing items into India. When you purchase a product from an International Seller on Raavna.store, you can either upload your KYC while the order is being placed or upload it within 48 hours of placing the order. If you’ve opted to upload at a later stage, then we will email you a link to upload it or alternatively you can visit Your Orders page to upload it. Your order would get cancelled if the KYC is not submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

Any of the following documents will be accepted as a valid proof of identity:

• Aadhar Card
• PAN Card
• Passport
• Voter ID

Note: If customers have provided any of the above identity proof to Raavna (India)  and have consented for Thid party Gateway share such identity proof with ASSPL, such customers will not be required to upload the KYC information unless otherwise requested by way of an email.
